…ntainers. I've also added linting using `ruff`. For now, this doesn't cause a CI failure, but the plan is to get stricter over time. I've also added a CI config for the EBRAINS GitLab CI to generate test coverage and an associated badge, since I don't have the necessary permissions to set up coveralls.
