TabStripItem title gets clipped when both iconSource and title are specified.

To Reproduce
Erroneous behavior can be observed in e2e/ui-tests-app -> bottom-navigation -> icon-change example

Expected behavior
TabStripItem title should not be clipped in any scenario.
